We are looking for experienced Program Account Managers to organize and coordinate a niche growth vertical. You will provide strategic guidance to clients and colleagues in ways that promote the company’s new program vertical and client service advocacies. You will be part of a group to oversee the progress of this new vertical. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing program metrics, carrier relationships, and work ethic to drive successes results in a timely manner. They will be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics as a group and develop best practices. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our clients and organization.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Developing professional relationships with client contacts
  • Creating open enrollment materials
  • Conducting employee meetings (virtual or in person)
  • Providing assistance to clients for post open enrollment administrative work
  • Identifying employee communication needs throughout the year
  • Overseeing wellness-related initiatives (i.e. attending health fairs, providing educational materials, and coordinating carrier representation for onsite client events)
  • Resolving complex claim or billing service issues
  • Providing compliance guidance to clients regarding COBRA/FSA/HSA
  • Updating the internal client records in coordination with renewal processing

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Ensures quality customer service for internal and external customers:
  • Responds to incoming customer service requests, both verbal and written.
  • Identifies and assesses customer’s needs quickly and accurately.
  • Solves problems systematically, using sound business judgment.
  • Partners with other billing and eligibility department representatives to resolve complex customer service inquiries.
  • Monitors delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Applies appropriate communication techniques when responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations.
  • Informs and educates new customers regarding billing/invoicing set up and billing/payment procedures.
  • Places outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessary.
  • Processes member terminations (i.e. phone disenrollment).
  • Maintains timely, accurate documentation for all appropriate transactions.
  • Consistently meets established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
  • Keeps management abreast of all outstanding issues.
  • Adapts procedures, processes, and techniques to meet the more complex position requirements.
  • Seeks involvement in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
