Senior Account Coordinator, Employee & Group Benefits
Sue Bentivegna is the Senior Account Coordinator in Britton Gallagher’s Employee and Group Benefit Insurance Division. She acts as the primary contact for customer service inquiries related to enrollment, billing and claims while building relationships with clients and individuals in a professional manner on assigned accounts.
Sue has 25 years of insurance industry experience, thirteen of which have been at Britton Gallagher. Sue has a wide range of employee benefits knowledge on several lines of coverage including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Health Reimbursement Accounts. She possesses a valid Ohio Health and Life License along with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, & Word. Sue is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College.
